We are based up here in New Delhi, specifically in the 92 area. It’s one of those busy parts of the city where space is always tight. Our office is a simple place, mostly filled with the tools and electronics we deal with every day. There isn't a lot of room for fancy decorations or big lounges. We just have our workstations set up in a way that makes sense for the work. The Delhi heat can be pretty rough in the middle of the year, so we spend a lot of time making sure the fans and cooling are working right. Our staff is a mix of people who have been here for years and some newer faces. We don't really follow a strict corporate handbook. We just know what needs to be done when we walk in each morning. Sometimes the street noise gets a bit much, especially during the rush hour, but we just turn up the radio or focus on the task at hand. There’s a lot of paperwork that comes with this kind of business, so you’ll usually see stacks of files on the desks. We try to keep things organized, but on busy days, it can get a little messy. It's a real place with real people who just want to do a decent day's work and then head home. No one here is trying to be a big boss; we just work together to get things through and keep the business going.
