If you find yourself in Noida at Jagat Farm, look for Shop No 46. That is where we spend most of our waking hours. It’s a cozy little corner that we have filled with tools, spare parts, and stacks of old phone boxes. I started this place because I liked taking things apart to see how they worked. Now, I do that every day for people who live around the farm area. The shop isn't very big, so we have to use every inch of wall space for hanging up headphones and chargers. Sometimes the door squeaks when people come in, and I keep meaning to oil it, but then a customer walks in and I forget again. We have a regular crowd of students from the nearby hostels who come in because they cracked their screens or lost their charging pins. It's a lot of repetitive work, but it feels good when someone's phone turns back on after they thought it was dead forever. We have a small radio that plays local stations in the background, mostly just to fill the silence when it’s quiet. We aren't trying to be the biggest shop in Noida, just a reliable one where you can get your phone looked at without any fuss. The tea shop nearby brings us snacks in the evening, which is usually the best part of the day. It’s just us doing our thing in Shop 46.
