The office is tucked away in Sector 49 at A93. It’s a busy area and finding a parking spot can be a real headache some mornings if you don’t get in early enough. We do recruitment work here. Mostly that means lots of phone calls and looking through piles of resumes on our screens. It gets a bit noisy when everyone is talking at once, but we’re used to it. The space isn’t very big, so we end up knowing what everyone had for lunch. We’ve been operating from this No Ida spot for some time now. We don't have any shiny reception desks or people in suits waiting at the door. It’s just a bunch of desks, some old chairs, and people trying to match folks with jobs. Sometimes the air conditioner makes a weird clicking sound, but it keeps us cool enough. We spend most of our day just talking to people on the phone or replying to emails that never seem to end. It’s hard work and it can be frustrating when things don’t go right, but it’s what we do. We aren't a giant company with hundreds of branches. We are just this team trying to keep things moving. Most of us live nearby so the commute isn't too bad except for when it rains and the roads get messy. We just take it one day at a time and try to get people hired. It's not glamorous but it's our daily life here.
