Constraarch Mansys

We are based in Sector 6, D 6. It’s a simple setup for Constraarch Mansys. We don’t have a long address with a lot of landmarks, just this specific spot where we do our work. Most of what we do involves the technical side of architecture and managing how things are built. It is a lot of looking at blueprints and making sure the measurements are actually right. The office is pretty basic. We have a couple of large tables for spreading out drawings and a few computers for the digital stuff. It isn’t a place for show. It’s a place for working. We spend our hours coordinating between what the architects want and what the builders can actually do. Sometimes there is a big gap between those two things. We try to bridge that gap without making a fuss. Being in Sector 6 means we are around a lot of other businesses, so there is always a bit of energy in the area. We have a small crew and we’ve all worked together for a bit, so we know each other's habits. We don't use a lot of big words or try to impress people with corporate talk. We just tell it like it is. If a design won't work on-site, we say so. It saves everyone time and money in the long run. That is our approach to the daily grind in this office.
