Our office for Cogent E Services Pvt Ltd is at J-119, Sector-12 in Noida, right near the 12/22 More. That landmark is how most people find us because the streets can get a bit confusing if you’re not from around here. We provide various services, and our day is usually filled with phone calls and computer work. It can get pretty loud in here when everyone is talking at once, but we’re used to it by now. The office is functional, with rows of desks and headsets everywhere. It isn't a fancy place with expensive furniture, but it’s where we get things done. We have a diverse crew working here, and there’s always some sort of conversation going on during breaks. Working near 12/22 More means there are plenty of places to grab a quick bite, which is lucky for us. We don’t really do the whole corporate thing with strict hierarchies. We just expect everyone to do their part and help each other out when things get busy. Some days are harder than others, especially when there are a lot of tasks piling up, but we just take it one thing at a time. We’ve been in Noida for a bit and we like the energy of the place. We aren't trying to change the world; we’re just here to provide a good service and make a living like everyone else. It’s an honest day’s work for us.
