Chandni Communication

Chandni Communication is located in Chaudhary Market in the Gejha area of Sector 93. It’s a local market, so everyone basically knows everyone else. Our shop is right in the middle of it all. We have been here since the market was much smaller than it is today. Now there are more shops around us, but we still have the same old wooden counter. We do everything from selling SIM cards to fixing broken buttons on old handsets. It gets pretty busy on the weekends when people are off work and have time to fix their things. The shop is often filled with the smell of the food stalls nearby, which makes us hungry all day long. We have stacks of recharge coupons and boxes of cables sitting everywhere. It’s not very tidy, but it’s a working shop where things get done. We don’t have a big fancy sign, just a simple board with the name. People stop by to ask for directions to other shops as much as they do for phone repairs. We don't mind it. It’s a friendly place to be. My brother and I take turns sitting at the shop. We don't have a big philosophy or anything like that. We just fix what's brought to us. If it can’t be fixed, we tell them straight. It’s a simple life in Gejha. We see the same faces every day.
