We operate out of two main spots. One is at Jolly Engineering Works, located at D 80 in Transport Nagar, Gorakhpur. The other is over at Lalita Park in New Delhi. It’s a lot of ground to cover, but we make it work. Transport Nagar is a loud, busy area constantly filled with trucks and workers. It’s a real industrial environment. Lalita Park is a bit different, more of a city neighborhood. We’ve been moving between these locations for quite some time. It’s not a polished business with glass walls and uniforms. Our work is more about hardware and getting our hands dirty. We handle fire safety gear, so there is always something to load, unload, or fix. We don't have a large staff. It’s just a small team of us and a few regular helpers. We don't bother with fancy brochures or expensive ads. If someone wants to see what we do, they just come by the shop. The travel between Gorakhpur and Delhi can be long and tiring, but it’s just part of the routine now. We usually eat at the dhabas along the highway. We don't have a mission statement or any corporate goals on the wall. We just focus on making sure the equipment is right and the people we work with are happy. It’s a lot of manual labor and daily coordination. Sometimes things are hectic, but we always get through the day.
