C. L. Engineering Equipment (India) Pvt. Ltd. is mostly run by Mr. Anup Agrawal and a small group of us here. We don't have a traditional storefront you might expect. It’s more of an engineering environment where things are being calculated or looked over. Mr. Anup Agrawal is usually the one handling the big questions while the rest of us deal with the day-to-day equipment stuff. The office is a bit of a mess with blueprints and spec sheets spread out over every flat surface. We have a lot of different engineering tools and gear coming in and out. Sometimes a delivery driver gets lost trying to find us but we usually just wave them down from the door. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy things about us. We just know our machines and how they are supposed to work. Most of our days are spent on the phone or responding to emails about technical details. We have a small break area with a microwave and a fridge that makes a weird humming sound. It’s a quiet enough place to get work done but it can get frantic when a deadline is coming up. We try to stay on top of things but like any small business, there are days when it feels like we are running behind. We just keep at it and get things done eventually.
