Our place, Bvi Hr Practices Pvt Ltd, is located in IP Extension at Konark Apartments, specifically in Flat 103. Delhi 92 is a decent area to work in, though the parking can be a bit of a nightmare if you arrive late in the morning. We have been operating from this apartment for a good bit of time now. It is a mix of a homey feel and a professional setup since it is located within a residential complex. We mostly focus on recruitment and general HR support for our various clients. We have a couple of desks set up in the main room and files stacked up wherever there is empty space. It is definitely not one of those high-rise offices you see in Gurgaon. We prefer being here in IP Extension because it is closer to where many of us live and the commute is easy. The neighbors are mostly families, so we try to keep the noise down during the day. Most of our time is spent on the phone or scrolling through various job boards online. It is a lot of matching names to phone numbers and making sure the details are right. Sometimes we have candidates coming in for a quick interview or just to talk through their options. We do not go for big fancy meetings with presentations. Most of the time, we just sit around the table and figure things out. It is a plain, honest way to run a small business.
