The office for Bvi Hr Practice Private Ltd is at House Number 2 on M B Road in Khanpur, New Delhi. We are located care of Kalicharan Singh's property. This is an older part of the city, and the road outside is almost always jammed with cars and buses heading toward Saket. The building itself has a very lived-in feel to it. It is definitely not one of those modern glass towers you see in the newer parts of town, but it works fine for us. We have basic tables and chairs, and a small fan in the corner that makes a bit of noise when it is running. Working in Khanpur means we are surrounded by all kinds of small shops and businesses. The air often smells like street food from the vendors nearby, which can be a bit distracting when you are hungry. Inside the office, things stay fairly quiet. We are usually busy on the phones or typing away at our computers. We don't have any big corporate slogans on the walls or expensive rugs. It is just the place where we handle our HR practice every day. Sometimes the power goes out for a little while, so we just take a break and talk until it comes back on. It is a very normal, unpolished way of working, but it’s the way we have always done things here on M B Road.
