Big-Leaps Consultancy Services

Our office for Big-Leaps Consultancy Services is in House No-68 on Street 12 in Rajnagar, Ghaziabad. Since it’s a house, it doesn’t feel like a cold, sterile office building at all. It’s more like working from a home that just happens to be filled with computers and desks. Street 12 is a regular residential street, so we have neighbors who are just living their lives around us. We’ve set up the rooms to fit a few people in each, and it can get a bit tight when we’re all in at the same time. There’s usually a lot of chatter going on because we don't have cubicles or anything to separate us. We just sit around and talk through whatever consultancy work we have on the plate. The kitchen is probably the busiest part of the house because someone is always making coffee or grabbing a snack. We don't have a big sign outside, just a small one so people don't miss the house number. It’s a very grounded way to work. We don't use big words or try to sound more important than we are. We’re just a team in Ghaziabad trying to help our clients out as best as we can. Sometimes the doorbell rings and it’s just a delivery or a neighbor, and we just take it in stride. It’s a comfortable, low-key place to spend the workday.
