Balaji Telecom

We have been running Balaji Telecom on Dadri Railway Road for quite some time now. It is a small place, mostly filled with mobile accessories and tools for fixing things. The shop stays pretty busy because of all the people going to and from the station nearby. You can usually find one of us sitting behind the counter tinkering with a phone that has a cracked screen or won't turn on. The dust from the road gets in sometimes, so we spend a lot of time cleaning the glass displays. It isn't a big showroom with fancy lights, just a practical spot where we get work done. We started this because we knew a bit about electronics and there was a need for it here. Most days are spent dealing with small stuff, like helping someone find a charger that actually fits their old phone or putting on a screen protector without bubbles. Sometimes the parts we need aren't right here, so we have to wait for the delivery guy, but we always let people know the timeline. We don't have any big corporate slogans or anything like that. It is just Balaji Telecom. We keep our doors open till late evening so workers heading home can stop by if they have a problem. The chairs for customers are a bit old but they do the job while you wait. We just try to be honest about what can be fixed and what is a waste of money.
