Avanzaro Engineers

We are based in Karala Phase I, right in the heart of the Karala Industrial Area. Avanzaro Engineers is basically a workshop and a small office space. It’s noisy around here because of all the other factories and units. We don’t have a garden or a nice view, just a lot of metal and concrete. Inside, it smells like oil and machine parts. We spend our time working on engineering projects and fixing things that break. Our desks are usually covered in blueprints and greasy tools. We have a few chairs for visitors, but they aren't very comfortable. We mostly drink tea from the local cart that comes by twice a day. It’s hard work and it gets very hot in the summer months. The roof is corrugated metal, so you can really hear the rain when it pours. We don't have a formal dress code. Most of us wear overalls or just old clothes that we don't mind getting dirty. We’ve been in this spot for a while now. The neighbors are other small engineering firms, so we help each other out with tools sometimes. It’s not a place for a fancy meeting. We just do the engineering work and make sure it’s done right. If you come by, you’ll probably find us with our sleeves rolled up working on something. It’s just how we do things here.
