Our office is located in Sector 28 of Noida, at number 297. It’s a place where we do business mentoring, mostly working with people who are trying to figure out their own paths. The setting is quite simple and feels more like a home office than a corporate building. Deepti Shukla is the name on the door, and that’s where everything happens. We don’t have a lot of bells and whistles here. The rooms have some chairs, a couple of tables, and plenty of notebooks scattered around. We spend most of our time talking to people, listening to their problems, and sharing whatever practical advice we can. Noida is a fast-growing place, but our little corner in Sector 28 stays relatively quiet compared to the main roads. There is no big sign outside or a polished lobby to greet people. We just invite them in, sit down, and get to work. Most of our day is spent on the phone or in these face-to-face meetings. We aren’t interested in using a lot of business jargon or fancy terms. We just speak plainly about what works and what doesn't. Sometimes we have tea delivered from the local market, and we just keep the conversations going. It’s a very informal way of doing things, but it suits us and the people who come to see us. We’ve been here for a while now and have become part of the local scenery in this part of Noida. It works for everyone.
