Arvind and I decided to open this shop in Gali Number 3 of Sector 66 because we both lived nearby and knew the area well. It is a narrow street, so parking can be a bit of a headache for people coming in cars, but most of our customers just walk over from the nearby houses. Arvind handles the technical stuff like fixing speakers or charging ports, while I mostly talk to the customers and handle the billing. We keep a small notebook to track what people need. The shop name is just our names put together. We didn't see the point in calling it anything else. Usually, we open up around ten in the morning and stay until the last customer leaves in the evening. Sometimes we sit outside on stools when the weather is nice. We sell a lot of tempered glass and basic phone cases because everyone seems to be dropping their phones these days. It is a quiet street compared to the main markets, but we have our regular crowd. We don't have fancy decorations or bright lights. Just a couple of display shelves and our workspace in the back. If someone brings in a phone that is too broken to fix, we tell them plainly instead of making them wait. It is better that way. We have been in this same spot for a few years now and most of the neighbors are like friends to us.
