We are located in Noida Sec-62. This area is full of office buildings and students, so there is always someone coming in. We primarily deal with mobile recharges and selling new SIM cards. We also have a small selection of phone covers and chargers hanging on the walls. The shop is quite small, just enough for a couple of people to stand at the counter. It gets really busy during the lunch hour and right after five when everyone leaves work. We spend a lot of time explaining different data plans to people who are confused by all the options. We also help out when someone’s phone isn't catching the network properly. It’s a lot of sitting behind the counter and waiting for the next customer. We don't have a big team, just a few of us taking turns. The noise from the main road is constant, but you get used to it after a while. We aren't trying to be the biggest shop in Noida, just a reliable place where you can get your phone sorted out quickly. The building we are in is quite old, and sometimes the rain leaks in a bit near the doorway, but we just put a bucket down and keep going. It’s a straightforward business and we’ve been at this spot for several years now. We like the energy of Section 62 and all the different people we meet.
