Airtel

Our office is over in Noida Sector-57 at B 38/C 1. It is a pretty standard spot in this part of town. Most of the people who walk through our doors are just looking to get their phones working again or needing to sort out a bill. We spend most of the day sitting behind the desks at B 38/C 1 handling paperwork and looking at computer screens. Sector-57 gets really crowded during the morning and evening when everyone is heading to work or going home. There are a lot of other businesses around us, so the street is always full of cars and people looking for lunch. We have a small team here at Airtel and we have all been working together for quite a while. The office isn't very large and it can get a bit noisy when three or four customers are talking at once. We keep a water cooler in the corner and sometimes the delivery guys stop by for a drink. It is not a glamorous job, but it keeps us busy from morning until we lock up at night. We deal with a lot of people who are frustrated because their internet is slow or their SIM card stopped working. We just listen to them and try to find the right file or setting to fix it. It is just regular work in a regular part of Noida. We go about our day and try to keep things moving.
