Aircel Store

We are located inside Shopprix Mall in Sector 61, specifically at shop number 226. Being in a mall is a bit different from having a shop on the street. It’s cleaner, sure, but the hours are long because we stay open as long as the mall is open. Aircel Store is where we handle all the connection problems and new sim card requests. It’s usually a mix of people coming in angry because their network isn't working and people who are just curious about new plans. We sit behind the counter and try to sort things out one by one. The air conditioning is nice, but it can get a bit boring when the mall is quiet on weekday afternoons. We have some posters on the walls, but most of them are old. We just use the standard desks and computers provided. It’s not our own building, so we have to follow the mall rules about everything. Sometimes we go down to the food court for lunch, which is the best part of working here. We’ve been in Shopprix for a while and have seen many other shops come and go. We just keep doing our work in room 226. It’s a lot of typing on keyboards and checking IDs. There’s no big secret to how we work. We just show up, open the glass door, and start the day.
