The shop is right here in Chaudhary Patram Singh Market in Sector 32. It’s not a very big space but we make it work with all the stuff we have to keep inside. Usually, I get here a bit late if the traffic is bad, maybe around 10:30, and the first thing is always to clean the dust off the counter because this area gets quite dusty with all the construction and cars passing by. Aarti Communication has been in this spot for some time now. People from the nearby blocks come in mostly for small things like getting a new SIM card or when their phone screen gets cracked and they need a quick fix. We spend a lot of time just sitting and waiting for the next person to walk through the door. Sometimes the internet is slow and that makes everything take longer, which can be frustrating when you just want to get things done. During the summers it gets really hot inside because the fan doesn't always do enough, but we have a small water cooler that helps a little bit. Most of our neighbors in the market are friendly, and we often share tea from the stall just around the corner while we talk about the weather or the news. It’s a busy market but we like the noise and the people. We don't have any fancy displays or anything like that. It’s just a place where you can come and get your phone issues sorted out without much fuss. The address is pretty easy to find once you are in the sector.
