A K Telecom

A K Telecom is a small shop located in the Main Market of Nithari, which is part of Sector 31. We’ve been sitting in this same spot for a long time now. The market outside is always full of people, rickshaws, and vendors selling vegetables. Inside our shop, it’s mostly just shelves of phone covers, chargers, and boxes of new and used mobile phones. We handle a lot of different things, from simple recharges to more complicated repairs where we have to take the whole phone apart. It’s a bit dusty because of all the construction and traffic in Nithari, so we spend a lot of time wiping down the glass counters. We don't have a big team of experts. It’s just a couple of us who have learned how to fix phones by doing it every day. We know many of the people who walk by every morning. Some stop in just to say hello or ask about the latest mobile plans. We don't do any big marketing or have a polished brand. We are just a local telecom shop where you can get your phone fixed without any fuss. The lighting inside isn't the best, and the space is a bit tight, but we manage to get the work done. It’s just an ordinary shop in a very busy part of the city, and we like it that way.
