999 Communication

At S-A/6 in Noida, you can find our shop, 999 Communication. It’s a small spot and sometimes it feels a bit cramped when more than two people are inside at the same time. I keep most of the chargers and cables hanging on the walls to save some space on the floor. The neighborhood is always buzzing with people going to work or coming back from the market. We deal with a lot of phone recharges and sometimes people come in just to ask how to use a specific app on their new smartphone. It’s interesting to see how much people rely on their devices these days. I spend a lot of my time behind the counter, looking through a magnifying glass at small circuit boards. My eyes get tired by the end of the day, but that’s just part of the job. We have been at S-A/6 for a few years and the locals know this is a reliable place to get things looked at. We don't have a big team or any corporate rules to follow. It is just me and sometimes a friend who helps out when there is a lot of work. The shop opens at ten and stays open until about eight or nine, depending on how many people are still walking around. We don't have any air conditioning, just a ceiling fan that makes a bit of noise, but we are used to it by now. It’s a simple shop for regular people who need their phones fixed.
