We are based in the Sector-12/22 area of Noida. It’s a pretty busy part of the city, and we’ve been here for a good while. Our focus is staffing, which just means we try to get people into jobs. It’s a lot of paperwork and talking to people all day long. The office is pretty basic. We have some desks, chairs, and a lot of files. It’s not a fancy place with a lobby or a receptionist. Usually, someone just yells from the back when someone walks in. Noida is a big place for offices, so there’s always someone looking for work or a company looking for help. We sit right in the middle of it. We don't use any of those big corporate strategies. We just talk to people, see what they can do, and see if we have a spot for them. Some days the phones are ringing off the hook and other days it’s just us drinking chai and waiting for the mail. It’s a practical business. We’ve seen a lot of people come and go through these doors. We just try to keep things moving. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to help local folks find a paycheck. It’s a regular job for us and we like being in this part of UP. It is what it is, and we stay busy enough.
