It’s a small place in Green View Appt, specifically 11 C in Sector 82. We handle hiring and HR stuff here in Noida, and it is mostly just a few of us in the office every day. We have been in this part of Noida for a while now. People come in looking for jobs, or companies call us when they need someone to fill a spot quickly. It’s a pretty busy area with all the apartments around us, so there is always someone moving about. We try to keep things simple here. No fancy systems or high-tech gadgets, just a lot of phone calls and checking through piles of resumes. Sometimes the traffic outside gets really loud, especially in the evenings, but we are all used to it by now. We help with all different kinds of roles, mostly for local businesses that need an extra hand. If you know the Green View building, we are right there on the ground floors. It isn't a huge corporate office with glass walls, just a practical workspace where we can sit and talk. We spend most of our day talking to people on the phone or in person. Sometimes it is hard to find the right person for a specific job, but we stay at it until it's done. We have seen a lot of changes in Sec 82 over the years as more buildings went up. We just focus on the work right in front of us. Most of our time is spent reading emails or interviewing folks.
