Shramik Power Job Pvt Ltd is located over in Sector 20, Noida, specifically at G 151. If you know the area, you know it's quite a central spot with a lot of activity. We spend our days trying to connect people with jobs. It’s a lot harder than it sounds sometimes because everyone has different skills and every boss wants something specific. Our office is a basic setup. We have desks, some old filing cabinets, and a lot of chargers for our phones because we’re always on them. Noida is full of opportunities, but it’s also easy for people to get lost in the shuffle. We try to make sure that doesn’t happen. We aren’t some big, polished firm with a glass front. We’re just regular people working in a regular building. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when a lot of people show up at once looking for work, but we manage. We don't have any scripted speeches or fancy presentations. We just talk to people, find out what they can do, and see who is hiring. It's a lot of legwork. The neighborhood has changed a lot since we first moved into G 151, but the work remains pretty much the same. We take pride in just being a place where someone can come to find a lead on a job. It’s not glamorous, but it’s important work for the folks around here.
