Rythm Consultancy is located on the third floor of building A-73 in Sector-22, Noida. Being on the third floor means we get a bit of a walk up the stairs every morning, which is fine since we sit at desks all day anyway. The office is pretty standard for this part of Noida. We have some rooms for meetings and a main area where the rest of us work. It’s not one of those open-plan offices with no walls; we like having a bit of our own space to concentrate. We do consultancy work, which involves a lot of reading and writing reports. It can be a bit dry sometimes, but it’s what we’re good at doing. We don't have a receptionist, so if the door is locked, you just have to knock until someone hears you. We've got a water cooler in the corner and a stack of old files that we really should go through one day when we have time. The windows look out over the street, and it’s always interesting to see the vendors and people walking by below. We aren't a big, flashy firm with a logo on the roof. We just have our name on a small board by the door. We like it that way because it keeps things simple and focused on the work. Our staff is mostly local, and we’ve been working together in this building for quite some time now.
