You can find Reliable Network over in Sant Nagar, which is in the East of Kailash part of New Delhi. We are at 138 on the first floor. It’s a typical Delhi neighborhood where everything is a bit crowded and there’s always something happening on the street below. We deal with networking stuff—cables, routers, and making sure connections stay up. Our workspace is usually filled with coils of wire and various tools. It’s not the neatest place, but we know where everything is. The Delhi summers are tough, especially when we have to go out and fix something on a rooftop or in a dusty corner of a building. We are just a small crew. We don't have a big HR department or a marketing team writing stuff for us. We just know how to fix network issues. People in the neighborhood know they can just call us when their internet acts up or when they need a new setup in their office. We try to get to everyone as fast as the traffic allows, which in Delhi is sometimes not very fast at all. We’ve been at this address for a good bit of time now and we’ve seen the area change quite a bit. We just keep doing our thing, one connection at a time, without any fuss or fancy talk. It is straightforward work that keeps the local shops and homes connected to the web.
