Radixthink

Radixthink is located in Noida. It’s one of those busy hubs where there are offices everywhere you look. We aren’t in a massive skyscraper, just a regular space where we get our work done. The team here is pretty small and we’ve known each other for a long time. Most of our day is spent in front of computers, typing away or checking on projects. Noida can be a bit of a maze with all the sectors, but we’ve gotten used to the commute. We don’t really have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy letters. We just talk like normal people. The office has a small pantry where we make tea and chat about the weekend. Sometimes it gets a little loud when we’re all trying to fix a problem at once. We don’t follow a strict corporate dress code or anything. Most of us just wear what’s comfortable. The desks are covered in sticky notes and old notebooks. It’s a practical environment. We take the work seriously, but we don't act like we’re changing the world. We’re just a group of people in Noida trying to do a good job and earn a living. Some days are slow and we catch up on filing, and other days the phone won’t stop ringing. It’s just the usual flow of a local business. We have a few plants that probably need more water and the carpet is a bit worn, but it’s home.
