We are based in Sector 37 in Noida, which is a pretty well-known part of the city. Being part of the Quadrangle team means we are constantly dealing with people looking for work and companies that need help. Our office isn't one of those glass towers you see in the newer sectors. It's a more traditional space where we can actually get things done without too many distractions. There is a lot of coming and going because we have people coming in for interviews or to drop off papers. Sector 37 has a lot of shops and food places nearby, so there is always a bit of a buzz in the air. We spend a lot of time on the computer, looking at the Naukri site and trying to figure out who would be good for which role. It sounds simple but it takes a lot of hours to get it right. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations on the walls. Mostly just calendars and some notes stuck up with tape. We try to be helpful to everyone who reaches out, though it gets hard when the phone doesn't stop ringing. It’s just a group of us working hard in a busy part of Noida. We don't use big words to describe our work. We just show up, do the hiring stuff, and go home like everyone else. It’s a practical job and we take it one day at a time, making sure things don't get too messy.
