Psycheworld And A Project In Noida

Our base is over in Alambagh, specifically at 554 208 Chota Barha. It’s an interesting setup because while we are physically here in Lucknow, we also have this project going on over in Noida. It keeps us quite busy moving between the two ideas. The office in Alambagh is where most of the planning happens. It’s a regular neighborhood with houses and small shops all around us. We spend a lot of time on the phone or working on the computer to coordinate everything. The rooms are filled with notebooks and some old charts from previous months. Sometimes the commute around Lucknow can be a bit of a headache with the traffic, but we manage to get in on time. Our work involves a lot of mental health topics and organizing how the project in Noida should run. It’s not always easy to balance things in two different cities, but we have a rhythm now. We aren't a big team, just a few people who care about the work we’re doing. Sometimes we have meetings in the small front room where the light is better. It’s a bit dusty because of the road construction nearby but we keep the inside as tidy as we can. It’s just our daily life here, trying to keep the projects moving forward. We often order snacks from the corner stall when we have to stay late to finish our reports.
