Project Developer

Our work happens at G 65 in the Lig Flats, which are in Sector 56 of Noida. Project Developer is what we do here. Sector 56 is a well-known part of Noida, and the Lig Flats are a very normal residential and office area. Our setup is not what you would expect from a big developer company. We don't have a skyscraper or a lobby with marble floors. It’s just a functional space at G 65 where we focus on developing projects. There is a lot of planning and looking at blueprints and documents. We spend our days at our desks, often with a lot of papers spread out everywhere. Noida is a place that is always building something new, and being a Project Developer keeps us very busy. We don't do the whole corporate thing here. We just take one project at a time and see it through. It’s a practical way of working. We are just a small group of people who know Sector 56 well. We like the Lig Flats because it’s a grounded place to work. No one here is trying to be a fancy executive. We just want to get the development work done right. If you come by G 65, you’ll see we are just regular people doing a regular job in Noida. We don't make a big deal out of it, we just do it. It’s a steady life for us here.
