Our place is at C-629, Sector-19 in Noida. The name is Proactive Management And Training Saervices. It is a long name and honestly we usually just shorten it when we talk among ourselves. Sector-19 is a good spot to be. It is near everything but not too loud. We have been in this building for a few years. It’s a bit old but it has character. We don't have any of those modern office pods or fancy lighting. We just have normal desks and a lot of paper. Proactive Management And Training Saervices is just what we do. We don't try to make it sound like more than it is. We show up in the morning and we leave when the work is done. Noida is a fast city but we try to keep a steady pace here in Sector-19. Sometimes the neighbors come by to chat. We aren't a big corporate machine. We are just people working in a local office. We don't have a team of writers making us sound perfect. This is just how we are. We have some tea, we talk about the day, and we get on with it. C-629 is easy to find if you know the block. We have a small sign so people know they are in the right place. It’s just our way of doing things. We’ve survived several summers here and the old AC unit still kicks along. We keep the blinds drawn in the afternoon to stay cool.
