Our office is located at 99 L Sector 4 in the DIZ Area, right near Gole Market in New Delhi. It’s an interesting part of the city, quite central and always full of life. Pilfer Proof Closure Pvt Ltd has been operating out of here for quite a while now. We aren't one of those new startups with beanbags and free coffee. Our space is more traditional. We have a lot of metal desks and shelves full of product samples and old records. The building has that classic Delhi feel to it, maybe a little worn down in places, but sturdy enough for us. We spend our days managing production schedules and making sure the orders are moving along. It can get pretty frantic when a big shipment is due, and you'll see everyone pitching in, regardless of their job title. We don't use a lot of big words to describe what we do. We make closures, and we make sure they work. It’s simple, practical work. Most of us have been working together for years, so we’re more like a group of friends than just coworkers. We know who likes their tea with extra sugar and who prefers to work in silence. We don't have a marketing department telling us what to say. This is just us, doing our thing in a corner of the capital. It’s a steady life and we are very much okay with that.
