Offshoot Agency Pvt Ltd is based over in Ashok Nagar. It’s a decent area and we’ve been settled here for some time now. Our office isn’t anything you’d see in a magazine. It’s just a regular building with regular people working inside. We have a few desks, some computers that are a few years old, and a coffee machine that works most of the time. We don't really go for the whole corporate look. We prefer to just wear comfortable clothes and get our work finished. Ashok Nagar is a good spot for us because it’s easy to get to, and we’ve gotten to know the other shop owners nearby. Sometimes we step out for a quick bite at the local stalls when we need a break. The work we do keeps us busy, but we always have time for a chat if someone drops by. We don't have any big mission statements on the walls. We just come in, do what needs to be done, and then go home. It’s a straightforward way of doing things. The office can get a bit loud when we’re all talking at once, but it’s a good kind of noise. We’re just a small group trying to make a living and doing a decent job at it. That’s really all there is to it. We don't worry about being the biggest, just about doing what we do well enough. We keep the doors open and the lights on until the sun goes down.
