Niti

Niti is located at B - 190 in Sector -41, Noida. It is a pretty simple setup in a neighborhood that stays mostly calm. The building is a standard size, and we use a few rooms for our daily operations. We don't have many employees, so it is usually just two or three of us around the office. We handle whatever comes our way, mostly paperwork and some planning. The desks are a bit old, and the chairs are just regular ones you'd find anywhere. We don't have a big sign or any bright lights. Most people in the area probably don't even know we are here. We like it that way because it lets us get our work done without a lot of interruptions. Sector -41 is a nice part of Noida to be in. We have a small kitchen area where we make tea in the afternoons. Sometimes we sit outside for a few minutes if the weather is okay. Our work isn't anything ground-breaking. We just keep track of things and make sure the files are in the right place. There isn't a lot of noise, just the sound of the street and the occasional car horn. We aren't a big company with a lot of rules. We just come in, do what needs doing, and that is about it. It is an honest way to spend the day in a quiet corner of the city. We keep the place clean but it definitely feels like a lived-in space rather than a showroom.
