We’ve been over here at B-120 in Sector 41 for a good while now. It’s a busy part of Noida, and if you know the area, you know how the traffic can get during the morning rush. New Era India Consultancy Pvt Ltd is just us trying to make sense of the hiring world every day. It isn't always pretty. There are days when the phones won't stop ringing and others where we’re just catching up on a mountain of emails that never seem to end. We sit in this office and talk to people from all over, trying to figure out who fits where. Sometimes the AC acts up when it’s really hot outside, which is just part of living in Noida I guess. We aren’t some huge fancy corporation with glass walls everywhere; it’s more about getting the work done and making sure people get what they need from us. Most of the staff has been here long enough that we know exactly how the local tea stall guy likes his order. It’s a real place with real people working hard. We don't have a lot of slogans or fancy speeches. Usually, it's just about looking at resumes and making calls until it’s time to go home. Sector 41 is a decent spot to be, even if parking is a bit of a nightmare sometimes. We just keep at it, day after day, doing the consultancy thing as best as we can for the folks who come to us.
