We are tucked away at P-18, C-2 in Dilshad Garden, over in Delhi. It is a residential kind of area so it is a bit different from the big office parks you see elsewhere. Being in Delhi means the metro is close, which is lucky for most of us who live further out. The office is not huge, but we make it work with what we have. We spend our days mostly on the phones or handling paperwork. It can get repetitive sometimes but that is just the nature of this kind of business. We have been in this spot for a while and the neighbors know us. Sometimes we sit outside on the steps during our break just to get some fresh air. The office has that lived-in feel, with calendars on the walls and maybe a few dead plants someone forgot to water. We are just regular people, not some high-flying executives. We don't use big words or have fancy meetings. Usually, we just talk over the desks if something needs fixing. It is a decent place to work and we get along well enough. There is a small shop nearby where we get our biscuits and chai every morning. It is those small things that make the day go by easier. We just focus on the task in front of us and try to finish everything before the sun goes down.
