We are over at C 2 95 in Sector 36, Noida. It is a bit different from the busier industrial sectors, but it still has that typical Noida feel. The office for Naukri Com here is pretty straightforward. We have a few rooms with desks pushed against the walls. It isn't a huge space, so we have to be careful not to trip over the cables on the floor. Most of our day is spent answering emails and trying to keep the database updated. The neighborhood is okay, usually quiet enough that we can hear ourselves think. We don’t have any corporate art on the walls or anything like that. Instead, there might be a calendar from last year still hanging up. The air conditioner is a bit old and rattles, but it keeps the heat away. We take turns bringing in snacks for the afternoon break. It’s just a small team of people here. We don’t have a big HR department or fancy titles. We just do the work that needs doing. Sometimes the delivery guys have trouble finding the building number, which is a bit of a joke among us. Sector 36 is a decent place to be based. It feels more grounded than the high-rise offices. We just keep our heads down and handle the recruitment stuff as it comes in.
