I’m Mukesh Kumar Sharma. Most people around here know us because we’ve been in Vill Post Falida for a long time. It’s a quiet spot near Noida, though things are changing fast with all the new buildings coming up. We operate out of Khushi Ram Sharma’s place. It’s not a fancy office or anything like that, just a regular house where we handle our work every day. My family has been in this part of UP for generations. You probably pass the village if you're heading out towards the main highway. It gets a bit dusty in the summer months, but it's home. We started doing this because there was a need for it in our local community. Usually, I'm here from morning until the sun goes down, sometimes later if there's a lot to finish. The neighbors stop by to chat sometimes. It’s a simple setup. We don't have a big team or anything, just a few of us making sure things get done. If you walk down the main lane in Falida, you’ll find us easily. It's the kind of place where everyone knows everyone else’s business, which has its good and bad sides I guess. We try to keep things straightforward and don't make a big fuss about what we do. It’s just work. Sometimes the rain makes the road a bit muddy, but we manage. That’s how it goes here.
