Mba is located at 186 The Mall, which is a spot most people around here know pretty well. It’s a busy area with a lot of foot traffic throughout the day. We’ve been in this building for some time now, and we’ve seen shops come and go on either side of us. Our space isn't huge, but it fits what we need to do. The windows look out onto the street, so there’s always something to see while we’re working. It can get a bit loud with the cars and people passing by, especially in the evenings when everyone is out for a walk. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that. Usually, you just walk in and one of us will be there at a desk. We kept the old flooring because it has character, even if it’s a bit worn out in the high-traffic spots. It’s a very straightforward place to work. We don’t bother with much decoration besides a few calendars on the walls. Most of the people who come by are locals who work nearby or live in the apartments upstairs. We don't try to be anything we aren't. We just open the doors in the morning, do the work, and close up when the sun goes down. It’s a steady routine that works for us. The Mall is a good place to be if you like being in the middle of everything without needing all the corporate polish.
