If you go to Sector 18 in Noida, you will find us there. It is one of the busiest parts of the city with all the shops and food places nearby. Maxwell Pvt. Ltd. is just one of the many offices in this crowded area. We are located in a building that has seen a lot of tenants come and go, but we have stuck around for quite a while. The office space is pretty basic. We have some desks, some chairs, and a small area where we keep the printer and the water jar. It gets quite hectic around here, especially in the evenings when everyone is leaving work at the same time and the streets get clogged with traffic. We don't have a big HR department or fancy lunchrooms with free snacks. We just have a small team of people who know each other well. Most of us have our own routines, like who makes the first pot of tea and who is responsible for locking up the main door at night. We deal with various tasks throughout the day, mostly coordinating things over email and making sure our records are up to date. It is not glamorous work, but it keeps us busy. We like being in Sector 18 because everything we need is just a short walk away. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there; we just want to do our daily work well and go home to our families without any stress.
