Maxmile Recruiters

Maxmile Recruiters is based in Kingston, within the Royale Garden Estate in Sector 61, Noida. It’s a decent neighborhood to work in and it’s usually quieter than the main industrial sectors. We have a small office here where we do all our recruiting work. It’s mostly just us looking through resumes and making calls to see who might be a good fit for different roles. We don't have a big fancy lobby with a fountain. It’s just a regular workspace with some desks and a few computers. We’ve been at this location in Noida for a while now. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a lot of work to catch up on. We have a small coffee machine that gets a lot of use. The estate is well-maintained, which is nice for when we take a quick walk during lunch. We don't really do the whole corporate branding thing. We just tell people who we are and what we do. It’s a plain way to work. We have some folders stacked up in the corners and a few whiteboards with notes scribbled on them. It’s a bit messy at times, but we know where everything is. We just focus on getting the right people into the right jobs. That’s what our days look like here in Sector 61. It is a practical way to run a small recruitment business.
