Matrix Human Capital

We are located at 793 Civil Lines, right on Church Road in Sitapur. It’s a pretty well-known part of town, and the building has that old-fashioned look typical of this area. We’ve been operating Matrix Human Capital from here for quite some years now. It’s a nice enough spot with some old trees along the road that give a bit of shade in the summer. Our office isn't very large, just a few rooms where we handle our daily tasks. We work on various personnel and staffing matters for different groups. Most of the time, it's just the sound of typing and the occasional phone ringing in the hallway. Sitapur is a smaller place compared to the big cities, so things move at a bit of a different pace around here, which we mostly enjoy. We like being on Church Road because it’s easy to give directions to anyone coming from out of town. People just look for the house number 793. Inside, we have some old wooden cabinets for our files and a few computers that we use for the internet stuff. It’s a mix of old and new things. We drink a lot of tea throughout the day to keep ourselves going. It’s a very local feel, and we know many of the people who walk past our door every day. We don't try to be something we're not; we're just a small firm doing our work for the local community.
