Our office is at House Number A 20 in Sector 05, Noida. Mantec Consultants Pvt Ltd has been operating out of this UP address for some time now. Sector 5 is a bit of a mix of everything, and our building fits right in. It’s a plain structure, nothing that would win any design awards. Inside, we’ve got a few rooms set up with desks and plenty of shelving for our records. It gets a bit dusty with the construction nearby, but we keep the fans going and do our best. There’s a small area where we keep the records, and it’s getting a bit full lately. We don’t have a fancy website with professional photos of the office. What you see is what you get. We have a small team of people who have been here for years. We know the local chai stall and where to get the best snacks for the afternoon slump. It’s a very grounded way of working. We don't talk much about goals or visions; we just talk about the work that’s due today. It’s a practical place for practical people. The commute is okay, and the area is familiar. We’re just another business in Noida trying to do a good job. We keep the doors open and just get on with things until it is finally time to go home.
