Lnj Bhilwara Group

Our office is at D 89 in Sector 15, which is one of the older, more established parts of Noida. It’s a busy area with a lot of movement. Lnj Bhilwara Group has been around the block a few times. We have a lot of history and the building shows it a little. It’s a practical space where people come to get their work done. We handle various parts of the business from here. You’ll see people carrying files and talking about projects in the corridors. It’s not a place for flashy displays. We focus on the tasks at hand. Uttar Pradesh is a big place and being in Noida gives us a good base to manage things. The summers here are tough, so we’re grateful for the air conditioning, even if it’s a bit noisy sometimes. We have staff who have been with us for years. They know the routine inside and out. It’s a steady environment. We don’t use much corporate jargon here. We just talk like normal people. If a problem comes up, we sit down and figure it out. There are always meetings happening in the small cabins. It’s a lot of coordination and keeping track of numbers. We just keep our heads down and stay busy with the day-to-day operations that keep the group running. We have been in this building for quite some time now and it feels like home.
