Lexushr, Noida ,Up.

Lexushr is based out of Sector-82 in Noida, UP. It’s one of those areas that’s still growing, so there is always some construction or something going on nearby. Our office isn't anything special to look at from the outside, just a regular space in a commercial block. Inside, it’s mostly just us and our computers. We do human resources work, which basically means we spend our days talking to people and trying to match them with the right roles. It’s a lot of listening and a lot of typing. The commute to Sector-82 can be a bit of a trek depending on where you're coming from in Noida, but it’s a decent place once you’re here. We have a small kitchen area where we make tea, and that’s usually where the best conversations happen. We don't have a corporate handbook or a bunch of rules about how to talk to people. We just try to be helpful and get the work done. The furniture is a bit mismatched, and we have some plants that we try our best to keep alive, though it doesn't always work out. It’s a real office with real people who get tired on Monday mornings and look forward to the weekend. We handle the HR stuff because that’s what we know how to do. There’s no big secret to it, just staying organized and being decent.
