L T E Es is tucked away at B 65 in Gwalior. It is a modest setup, nothing too fancy to look at from the outside. We have been doing our thing here for quite some time. When we first started, we didn't really have a big plan, we just knew we wanted to work in engineering. Gwalior is a city with a lot of history, and we feel like a small part of its daily life now. Our office at B 65 is where all the thinking and planning happens. It's usually a bit messy with papers and different project files, but that is how we work best. We aren't the type of people to wear ties or have long meetings that go nowhere. We prefer to just get into the details of the job. If someone brings us a problem, we sit down and look at it until we find a way through. It is honest work. We have seen the neighborhood change over the years, but our little engineering spot remains pretty much the same. We don't have any big corporate goals or anything. We just want to keep the lights on and do work we can stand behind. People in Gwalior know where to find us if they need something technical sorted out. It is just us here, doing what we do every day. We don't need much more than a good cup of tea and a clear plan to stay busy.
