We are located at Flat No. A-119 in Sector-15, Noida. The company is Kutumbh Care Pvt Ltd, Noida. Working out of an apartment flat has its pros and cons. It’s comfortable and has a kitchen where we can make lunch, which makes the days feel a bit more relaxed. Sector-15 is a fairly established part of Noida, so there are plenty of trees and the roads are decent. Our office space is basically the main rooms of the flat converted into work areas. We’ve got desks lined up and plenty of power strips for all our laptops. It gets a bit noisy when everyone is on the phone at the same time, but we’ve learned to deal with it. We don’t have a fancy board room, so we usually just sit around the dining table when we need to discuss something important. It’s a very practical way to run a business without all the overhead of a massive office building. We’ve been here for a while and the security guards at the gate know us all by name. Sometimes the water delivery is late or the internet flickers, but that’s just life in Noida. We don’t pretend to be some huge international corporation. We’re just a local team doing our work from A-119. It’s a simple, honest setup where we focus on getting the job done every day. There is no point in complicating things more than necessary.
