Kaizen Consultancy

Kaizen Consultancy is located at 302/6 on Nai Sarak in the Shastri Nagar area of Meerut. It is an old part of town and the streets are quite narrow, so parking can be a real struggle if you don't get here early. Our office is just a simple room where we sit and talk to people who need some help with their business or personal matters. We called it consultancy because that is the closest word for it, but really we just listen to problems and try to offer some practical solutions based on what we know. There are three of us here most days. The furniture is a bit mismatched and the walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but it's a comfortable enough place to work. We get a lot of walk-ins because people in Meerut still like to talk face-to-face rather than sending an email. We spend quite a bit of time drinking tea and going over documents. It is not a high-pressure environment. We just take things as they come. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon and we just sit by the window to get some light. We don't have any big marketing plans or anything like that. People usually find out about us through word of mouth or by just seeing the sign on the building when they are passing by Nai Sarak. We just do our best to be helpful.
