Our spot is at B102 B in Sector 62, which most people know is a pretty big hub for companies in Noida. It can be a bit overwhelming with all the tall buildings around, but we keep our office at Jobsthan Com fairly simple. We aren't trying to compete with those massive tech giants in terms of office decor. We just have our space where we get things done. Being in India’s IT heartland means there is always someone looking for a new role or a company needing a hand with hiring. We spend a lot of time on our computers, which makes sense given our name. The sector has a lot of movement, people coming and going from the metro or grabbing lunch at the local stalls. It’s a fast-paced area, but inside our doors, we try to keep things a bit more grounded. We handle the recruitment stuff without making it overly complicated. Sometimes the internet acts up or the coffee runs out, just like any other normal workplace. We’ve been here long enough to know the shortcuts through the sector. It is a good place to be if you want to be in the middle of the action without being a nameless face in a skyscraper. We just handle the day-to-day tasks of matching people to jobs. It’s not glamorous, but it is necessary work for the folks living in Noida and around. We like being right here in the mix.
