Jobspact Consultant is over at B-69, Block-C in Rajat Vihar. That’s in Sector-62, Noida, for anyone trying to pin us down on a map. We’re in a residential-looking block, which keeps things feeling a bit more grounded. We aren't a massive agency with hundreds of employees. It’s just a small group of us trying to help people find their way into new jobs. The office is pretty basic. We’ve got our setups, some tea when we need it, and a lot of phone conversations happening throughout the day. Noida is full of these kinds of setups, but we like our little corner in Rajat Vihar. It’s a bit more peaceful than the main roads. We don't use a lot of fancy jargon or pretend to be something we’re not. We just look at who is hiring and who is looking, and we try to make it work. Some days are more successful than others, but that’s just how it goes in this line of work. We’ve been doing this for a bit now, so we have a decent handle on the local scene. People stop by or call us up, and we do our best to give them a straight answer. It’s not complicated, and we don’t try to make it seem like it is. It's just a regular business in a regular part of town. We just keep at it because we know the area and the people.
